Carbon Zero

At Running Wild Tours, we recognize that the ultimate goal is to reach Carbon Zero; being Carbon Neutral is not an easy feat. Flights and travel between locations will have an impact that is measurable. Despite these impacts at our current size, we do our best to ensure all impacts are measured for future sustainability initiatives, and we ensure to reduce our impact as much as possible where possible — through shortest routes, choosing responsible guiding practices, and choosing more fuel-efficient transport and fuel options where possible.

Our goal is to have full transparency and a commitment to offsetting what impact is made, and in doing so, work with lodges, guies, and other third parties that share our concerns, and that are making strides in improving sustainability, community impact, and local conservation impacts beyond goals for Net Zero, in efforts to offset impacts.

We always welcome questions about our sustainability practices and initiatives, and always encourage our guests to travel responsibly in the most eco-friendly options available, if possible.
